Free discrete shipping will always be provided. Shipping times vary, but are usually around 2 to 3 weeks, depending on your country and the number of orders for that product. The majority of the time the product is shipped out within ~48 hours, and often times is delivered earlier than scheduled, so please be patient. We have a 30-day delivery guarantee (this includes events such as pandemics, asteroids, or apocalypses).

Returns, Refunds, and Broken Bongs:

We have a return policy! If you do not like the product, or it is not up to your expectations, you can return the product within the first few days after you receive it (unused and in the same condition). Simply send us an email at brokemansbong@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" with an explanation, any supporting attachments, and your contact information. We will contact you to provide further information and refund your money :)

If by chance, your product is broken during the shipping process, please send us an email with the same subject line of "Refund Request". However, make sure to add in your explanation that the product is broken, and take a photo of it for documentation too.
